
The typical off-notes associated with stevia grades like Reb A including bitterness, long sweet-linger and slow sweet-onset can be reduced by using RebAMP natural flavor. The challenge food and beverage companies face is to meet consumer demand for clean label, naturally reduced sugar, great tasting products. Low purity Reb A is plentiful but has significant off-notes. Premium grades of stevia like Reb M or Reb D are not widely available and costs are high.
